Great location in the heart of the city, just a few minutes walk to the center and close to the bus stop. Basic but clean rooms with daily fresh towels, a good shower, adjustable radiator, free WiFi, and English channels on TV. the reception staff were friendly and welcoming, providing useful information about tours and always ready for a chat.
The elevator was extremely noisy and kept waking us up throughout the night whenever someone used it. There were also loud revelers outside the hotel, and the windows didn't do a good job of blocking out the street noise.

As a solo traveler, I loved the friendly staff and early check-in option. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was always tea and coffee available. The location was perfect, with the bus station and harbor just a few minutes away.

This hotel is conveniently located in the tourist areas of the city, close to the Old Harbor area and within walking distance to the center of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff provided the best service. The breakfast offered was great, and the hotel facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the harbor, making it easy to access various excursions and enjoy beautiful views of the sea. it is also very near to the inner center of Reykjavík, allowing guests to explore the city's attractions with ease.
The hotel could improve its availability of staff at the front desk to provide reassurance to guests whenever needed.

The hotel is located right in the centre of town, making it convenient for exploring the city on foot. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms with twin beds are sufficient for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast included in the price offers a great selection of delicious food.
No major complaints, everything was satisfactory.
